Microsoft Reader Microsoft Reader is FREE and compatible with most Windows-based desktop, laptop, Pocket and Tablet PCs. However it is not compatible with sytems not running a Microsoft Operating System.
Activating Microsoft Reader To activate your Microsoft Reader (this is required to be able to open the DRM encrypted eBooks that we sell), go to the Microsoft Reader Activation Site. Please note: some PDA devices do not ship with the OEMinfo.xml file required for activation, please contact your PDA manufacturer for a patch to install this file. Transferring eBooks to your Pocket PC It’s easy to copy eBooks to your Pocket PC. You may want to print these instructions to refer to during the installation and activation process. Be sure you activate your Pocket PC with the same persona as your PC, so you can read the same eBooks on both devices. Learn more about activation on this site.
