Once you have submitted your order the service purchased has been provided and no refunds will be given.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the device or software that will be used to read the eBook(s) is capable of doing so. Ereadable.com cannot guarantee that every device will have the full reader features required, some devices may not be able to cope with books containing Digital Rights Management (DRM) features. Once an order has been placed a DRM encrypted version of the eBook(s) is created specifically for your device, and at this point we are no longer able to accept cancellation requests.

Please ensure that your device is fully capable of reading the format being ordered before completing your order.
